Gather Required Documents
To complete your application, you will need to gather the following documents:
- Certified copies of qualifications
- Identity Card/Passport photos
- Supporting letters from employers (if applicable)
Complete the Enrollment Agreement Form
Download the Student’s Enrollment Agreement (SEA) form from the MUTAS website or obtain one from our Call Centre. Ensure that the form is properly and fully completed, with each page initialed and signed.
Submit the Enrollment Agreement Form
Submit the completed Enrollment Agreement form along with proof of payment for the registration fees to any of our campuses before the application deadline. Be sure to include all required documents as stipulated on the form.
Track Your Application
Track the progress of your application by visiting the MUTAS website and entering your MUTAS number. You can also send an email to Admission@mutas.edu.org or call +260 970 145 501/2/4 for updates on your application status.
Important Dates
MUTAS accepts applications throughout the year. However, please note that applications for the First Semester (January/February intake) are only considered up to March of each year. Late applications may be considered for the Second Semester (July intake). Be sure to apply on time to avoid late registration fees.
