Our Quality Assurance System is a continuous process that aims at ensuring that our services are of good quality standards to continuously meet the skills and competencies needs and expectations of our students and their current and potential employers hereby referred to as “Customers”. We firmly achieve this by embracing our Quality Assurance and Compliance Policy which is grounded on the following steps:
- Setting Quality Assurance Goals: We regularly consult our Customers (industry or current and potential employers and students) to determine their new knowledge, skills and competencies needs and expectations.
- Review, Reinvent and plan Quality Services implementation: Based on our Customer’s needs and expectations, we review, reinvent and plan implementation of our enhanced quality services at every point of our operations.
- Implement Quality Standards: We implement the enhanced good quality service at all levels of our operations from the student’s enrollment stage through action teaching and learning phases up to students’ post-graduation stage.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: We relate, compare and Contrast our actual performed services against our Customers’ Standards (knowledge, skills and competencies needs and expectations)
- Correct Service Performance Deviations: We do this by ensuring the Quality Review Process incorporate deviations for correction into the new plan.
